Accounts Executive (Recovery)

OZ Developers is currently hiring Accounts Executive Recovery to join our company. As an Accounts Executive in Recovery, you will play a critical role in managing the financial recovery process for our real estate projects. You will be responsible for assessing financial risks, developing recovery strategies, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a successful recovery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial recovery process for accounts and unpaid invoices.

• Identify and analyze accounts, and develop appropriate recovery strategies.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors.

• Collaborate with the legal team to initiate legal proceedings for unresolved debts.

• Liaise with external collection agencies to maximize recovery opportunities.

• Track and document the progress of ongoing recovery efforts.

• Prepare reports on recovery rates, outstanding debts, and trends for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Proven work experience of minimum 2 years as an Accounts Executive

• Strong knowledge of recovery processes, legal regulations, and debt collection techniques
