Call Center Agent - Security Control Room

We are looking forward for Security Control Room (Call Center) resources to join us for our UK based security guard services provider organization. Fair English speaking and listening communications skills are required to perform the job effortlessly. Also, geographical knowledge of UK specially London will be an additive advantage as part of desired skill set. We are providing security guards (SIA licensed Holder) related services to our prestige clients in UK. An ideal candidate will be responsible for managing interactions with clients and officers/guards.

Key Requirements:

Collaboration with UK team to provide operational support and xls sheet management
Liaising with UK based clients to resolve conflicts
Coordination with officers to ensure their arrival on time at desired place
Record Keeping of all shifts and respective resource assignment
Maintaining MS Excel sheets and ensuring all details are logged correctly
Willing to work by going extra mile for each assigned task
Command on Excel spread/work sheets
Attention to details and able to perform multitasking in strict target timelines
Work Experience with UK based company will be preferred
