We are in search of a results-oriented Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing sales teams, and fostering robust relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: FA/Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of sales management experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Tissue FMCG industry
