As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our customer service department. You will ensure that our customer service representatives are providing excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the customer service team.
  • Train and mentor new customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Analyze customer service metrics and report on performance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Identify and address areas for improvement in customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Genesys is an added advantage.
