We are are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to support the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including document verification and induction coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company hiring standards.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
