This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer at Organic Traveller Skincare. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition and retention through innovative marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the internal team
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
