We are hiring Manager Operations for one of our Group Companies. The candidate must be innovative with out of box thinking and should possess a growth mindset.

Major job responsibilities of the incumbent will include:

Supporting top management in managing day to day Operations of the company.
Supervising and managing different operational teams.
Tracking record of departmental goals/activities and reminding concerned team members for the achievement of the same as per the given timelines.
Managing Filing System & Record Keeping of the Operations Department.
Supervising operations at project sites.
Solving problems and managing conflicts at Project Sites.
Coordinating with different vendors and service providers, both local and international.
Dealing with different government departments to ensure smooth operations of the company.
Performing coordination with different law enforcement agencies on behalf of the company.
Handling local Community-related issues for hindrance-free operations at project sites.
Handling official guests and delegations.
Preparing and giving briefings and presentations of the operational progress.
Traveling extensively within the country.
