Recovery Agent

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Recovery Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers via telephone to inform them of overdue accounts and the amount currently owed.
Negotiate payment plans with customers and provide solutions to help them make immediate payments.
Research and track customer payment history.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
Experienced as well as fresh candidates.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Maximum age 22-35 years old.
Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad or willing to relocate.

Salary and Incentives:

35k per month plus incentives based on performance.
