We are seeking a dedicated OFC Deployment Supervisor responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of optical projects to ensure top-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
The Optical Fiber Cable Deployment Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Planning, scheduling, and managing all optical deployment projects to adhere to company timelines and standards.
- Supervising optical Fiber technicians, providing hands-on leadership and training, to enhance team performance and project efficiency.
- Participating in the design, installation, and maintenance of optical fiber & network systems to ensure they meet operational requirements and quality standards.
- Monitoring the performance and integrity of optical networks, addressing any issues that may impact service delivery.
- Complying with all industry standards and safety regulations to uphold best practices in all operations.
