Human Resources Generalist

One Network is a leading provider of Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure for intelligent traffic and electronic tolling systems across motorways and highways. Our data highway solution connects the future, enabling safer and more efficient transportation for all.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at One Network in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including HR management, developing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The Human Resources Generalist will facilitate the recruiting and hiring process and assist with ensuring a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience
Experience of 3 years in HR Management and Benefits Administration
Ability to develop effective HR policies
Understanding of employee benefits, including compensation and insurance plans
Familiarity with HR software and systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certification in Human Resources is a plus
