This is a full-time on-site Night-Shift role as a Call Center Representative at One Door Technologies in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling inbound lead generation, support, and customer services for U.S. clients, ensuring daily high-quality customer interactions and service delivery.
Qualifications- Customer Service Representatives, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Computer Literacy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service roles is a plus
- Experience in debt settlement campaigns is a plus
