UI/UX Designer (On-Demand Basis)

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our pool of experts for project-based work. The chosen candidates will work remotely, assisting us in creating cutting-edge designs for modern web and mobile applications. Responsibilities:

Modern Web and Mobile Design: Craft visually appealing, user-centric designs that align with current design trends.
Mobile-First Webpages: Design responsive webpages optimized for mobile devices.
Mobile Application Design: Create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for mobile apps.
Design Analysis and Improvement: Review existing designs and communicate actionable recommendations for enhancement.
Understanding Business Needs: Quickly grasp the underlying business objectives to ensure the designs meet user and business goals.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement designs effectively.
Time Management: Deliver quality work within established deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience in web and mobile design, with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
Proficiency in designing mobile-first experiences.
Ability to analyze and suggest improvements for existing designs.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
Self-motivated and disciplined to work remotely.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Additional Details:

Employment Type: On-demand (Freelance/Part-time).
Workload: Varies from a few hours to a full work week, depending on project needs.
