- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential properties.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure they are safe and functioning properly.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as construction and maintenance, to ensure electrical needs are met.
- Develop and manage budgets for electrical projects and maintenance.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest electrical technologies and safety standards.
- Prepare reports on electrical system status and maintenance activities.
