We are looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have worked with home service providers' websites, particularly in industries such as locksmith services, appliance repair, crash doors, air duct cleaning, garage doors, and related fields, we want to hear from you.

This is not a project-based role; we are looking for a long-term team member who can manage and optimize multiple websites under our brand. The position is fully remote, with flexible working hours as long as you complete your daily 8-hour work schedule, Monday through Friday. Weekends are off.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As an On-Page SEO Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to optimize and manage our websites to improve search engine visibility and drive more organic traffic. Your daily tasks will include:

Keyword Research & Implementation – Finding high-performing keywords relevant to home service industries and strategically placing them within website content.
Content Optimization – Editing, structuring, and formatting web pages, blogs, service pages, and landing pages for search engines and user engagement.
Technical SEO – Addressing website speed issues, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, canonical tags, meta tag optimization, and more.
Internal Linking Strategies – Enhancing site structure for better search engine crawling and user navigation.
On-Page Fixes & Enhancements – Optimizing H1s, meta descriptions, alt texts, image SEO, and other on-page elements.
Competitor Analysis – Researching competitors’ websites to find areas where we can gain a competitive advantage.
SEO Audits & Reporting – Conducting regular audits to identify and fix errors that may impact rankings.
Google Search Console & Analytics Management – Monitoring and analyzing website performance, search trends, and resolving indexing issues.

What We’re Looking For:

We need someone who has hands-on experience working with home service websites and understands the nuances of SEO in industries such as locksmith services, garage doors, appliance repair, air duct cleaning, and related fields.

Must-Have Skills:

At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, particularly with home service provider websites.
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.
Experience with on-page SEO tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
Content structuring expertise – Ability to optimize content for readability, engagement, and SEO.
Technical SEO knowledge, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and URL structuring.
Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and implement strategies to increase organic rankings.
Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
Strong analytical skills – Ability to track, measure, and improve website performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of local SEO strategies for home service businesses.
Familiarity with Google My Business (GMB) optimization.
Experience working with multi-location websites.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Previous work in industries like locksmith, appliance repair, crash doors, or air duct services is a strong advantage.
