Office Automation Services is seeking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The project coordinator will be crucial part of our team. The Job description is as follows:

  1.  Monitor the help desk or ticketing system( JIRA ) to ensure support tickets are assigned, prioritized, and resolved efficiently.
  2. Analyze ticket volume, response times, and resolutions to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  3. Assist in managing escalated issues by ensuring that high-priority tickets are properly routed and followed up on.
  4. Check the client WhatsApp groups for any issues reported or any communication by the client.
  5. Work with the support team to identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
  6. Ensure that operational procedures, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals are documented, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  7. Check daily work logs and attendance of the support staff and notify the shortcoming via email and on company official WhatsApp group as well.
  8. Facilitate communication between the support team and developers/product managers to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality based on customer feedback.
  9. Create weekly reports on key support metrics (e.g., ticket resolution times, customer satisfaction scores) for management to evaluate department performance.
  10. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys, gathering insights to improve the support experience.
  11. Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure that customer support commitments are met.
  12. Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field
  2. Minimum 1+ years of experience in project coordination mainly in software house
  3. Working knowledge of Jira.
  4. Working knowledge of project management software’s.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  6. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
