We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals for the position of Site Supervisor (Civil Work).
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and renovation activities.
- Manage labor teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure high-quality work and perform quality checks.
- Address delays and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain records of progress, materials, and safety.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 1.5 to 2 years as a Site Supervisor in construction.
Skills:
- Leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of construction and renovation work.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
