• Identify and engage potential customers for specific products
  • Present and promote products to clients, highlighting features and benefits
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for product growth and market penetration
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and updates
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to close deals
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams for product promotions
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' products to stay competitive
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly product sales targets and KPIs
  • Generate reports on product sales performance and customer feedback
  • Provide product training and support to customers post-sale
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing product-related concerns or issues
