Job Description:

Inbound Intake Specialist Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Inbound Intake Specialist to manage and triage inbound calls, support documentation and prior authorizations, and assist with intake management tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills to support the primary intake team and ensure smooth coordination of resupply orders and other processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and triage inbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally and directed appropriately.

2. Assist with completing CMNs (Certificate of Medical Necessity) and processing Prior Authorizations (PAR) efficiently.

3. Provide overload support to the Primary Intake Team, managing additional tasks as needed.

4. Handle Oxygen RULs, including the release, documentation, and qualification of resupply orders.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company standards and regulations.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
