Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Network Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a network system that supports 40-50 high-performance gaming PCs. Your expertise will ensure a seamless gaming experience for our customers by optimizing network performance, maintaining hardware, and addressing any technical issues that arise. Additionally, you will assist with other tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of our gaming zone.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance for all gaming PCs.
Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, ensuring all gaming systems are operating at peak performance.
Customer Satisfaction: Assist customers with their gaming needs, providing technical support and ensuring they have an excellent experience.
System Monitoring: Monitor network performance and gaming systems to identify potential issues before they impact users.
Security: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the network from potential threats.
Multitasking: Take on additional responsibilities as needed, including software updates, system maintenance, and customer service.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in network administration, particularly in environments with multiple PCs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in managing LAN/WAN networks.
- Strong understanding of gaming hardware and software requirements.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and security protocols.
- Knowledge of server management, VPNs, firewalls, and other network infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with gaming peripherals and custom setups.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
