Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Construction design works.
- Familiarity with consultants and architects in Karachi.
- Experience in Marketing, Project Management, and Quantity Surveying (QS).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Keep the prospective client database updated.
- Provide cost estimates, project proposals, and budget details.
- Represent the company to potential clients, highlighting how our services meet their needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Perform Quantity Surveying (QS) tasks.
