We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Website Developer & SEO Specialist / Google Expert.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and managing websites to ensure they perform at the highest levels in terms of user experience, search engine rankings, and overall functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, responsive websites. Ensure websites are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website visibility on search engines. Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and monitor site performance to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Google Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge of Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, etc.) to analyse website performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Implement and manage PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Technical SEO: Address technical issues affecting website performance, such as page load speed, mobile optimization, and site architecture. Work to improve crawlability, indexability, and overall technical health of the website.
- Content Optimization Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all web content is optimized for search engines. Advise on best practices for metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
- Analytics & Reporting Regularly monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement improvements.
- Collaboration Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure that website projects align with overall business goals. Provide technical guidance and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website development using WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Expertise in using Google tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with technical SEO, including website performance optimization and mobile-first design.
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in english
Preferred Experience:
- Experience minimum 2 year on full time job
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards.
- Understanding of the latest trends in digital marketing and SEO.
