Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Proficient in Layout, Estimation, Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), and general supervision of building.
- Handle procurement and purchasing of construction materials as required.
- Collaborate with the project management team to streamline operations and report project progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and relevant tools.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with on-site labor and technical staff.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
