The Virtual Assistant will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Tasks will include product listing, data entry, managing administrative duties, and other related responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Listings: Create and manage accurate product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify), including descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications.  
  • Data Entry: Enter and update data accurately into databases and spreadsheets, ensuring all information is current and error-free.  
  • Order Management: Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and updating records.  
  • Customer Support: Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues.  
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties, such as calendar management, email management, and document preparation.  
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide actionable insights.  
  • Social Media Support: Assist with social media management by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.  
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Provide administrative support in other areas as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).  
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and online product listing processes.  
  • Strong data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.  
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to tasks.  
  • High-speed internet and a reliable computer setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).  
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies.  
  • Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).  
  • Knowledge of basic photo editing tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
