Responsibilities:

Oversee and maintain the hospital's supply chain, ensuring efficient operation and timely availability of medical supplies and equipment.
Manage automation and processes for various administrative tasks such as task management etc.
Ensure adherance to SOPs developed by the management team
Manage onboarding processes for new staff, including training and integration into the hospital's systems.
Coordinate with different departments such as the laboratory, pharmacy, and clinical departments to ensure compliance with Punjab Health-Care Commission (PHC) regulations and self defined hospital standards.
Regularly review and update departmental compliance protocols and standards.
Serve as a liaison between hospital management and department heads to foster effective communication and problem resolution.
Prepare reports on hospital operations, efficiency, and compliance for senior management review.
Document Meeting Minutes
Any other task if required
