1. New Customers Development and Relationship Building: Identifying potential customers and developing new customers in a consistent manner to increase market share of NPPK. Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers. To build close liaison with target customers and key decision maker of the purchase.
  2. Achieving Targets: Efficiently achieving assigned sales & collection targets.
  3. Competitors Analysis: Diligently, keeping an eye on competitors’ activities in the assigned area. Analyzing competitors’ activities and preparation of report of explaining all details regarding activities and its impact on customers and the market.
  4. Total Sites Knowledge and Visit Report: Visiting sites on daily basis and maintaining an accurate report of visits to submit site visit report to the reporting head. Must have knowledge about total sites being painted in his area by Nippon or any other paint brand to better assess the potential market size.
  5. Unsuccessful Conversions Analysis and the Reporting: Identifying reasons of not opting Nippon paint by probing customers and sharing a report regarding the findings to the seniors (line manager). Prepare monthly “Site Refusal Report”.
  6. Other Responsibilities: Developing in-depth knowledge of company products of assigned domain & overall knowledge. Contributing towards area dealer promotion to boost sales by providing support to the dealer and offer relevant customer services, color scheme queries etc. Preparation of Weekly Back selling report. Any other task assigned by reporting head.
