Convince potential clients to partner with our company
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Present and discuss services clearly and persuasively
- Address client questions and concerns effectively
- Maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions
- Achieve set targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Experience in telemarketing or sales in the medical billing field
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Skills:
- Able to speak fluently in American accent
- Basic understanding of medical billing terminology (preferred)
