We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative.

  • This role is crucial for managing customer interactions, retaining existing clients, and attracting new business through effective communication and advertising.  

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Handle all incoming calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information and assistance regarding our car hire services.

Record all customer interactions and data accurately in the CRM system.

Customer Retention and Sales:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing customers.
  • Actively pursue new customer acquisition through outbound calls and follow-up communications.

CRM Management:

  • Use CRM software (such as Monday.com) to manage customer information, track sales activities, and follow up on leads.
  • Ensure all customer data is up-to-date and accurately recorded.

Advertising and Marketing:

  • Update and manage advertisements on various platforms to attract potential customers.
  • Place new ads regularly to ensure visibility and reach.
  • Review and improve advertising strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with customers in clear and fluent English.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and advertising performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and retention.  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Monday.com.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms and social media for business purposes.
