As a Sales Agent (B2B), you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new opportunities for the sales team through in-depth market research and lead qualification across all sales verticals.
- Reach out to key decision-makers/owners through cold emails/outbound calls to book appointments and pass leads to sales executives.
- Engage with leads through personalized communication and maintain a relationship until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated through inquiries.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) with all required information. Suggest and implement creative ideas for client, prospect, and customer engagement.
- Update Google Sheets with all relevant information for leads.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling.

Qualification:
High School Diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
