- Enter data collected from field activities into project databases and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of project activities, including training sessions, resource distribution, and infrastructure development.
- Assist in developing and managing data storage systems to ensure secure and efficient information retrieval.
- Prepare regular data reports for submission to the Project Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) team.
- Provide data-related support to the M&E team during surveys, evaluations, and audits.
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators and outcomes across various project components.
- Support in maintaining data confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of data submitted by field staff.
- Collaborate with field teams to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure data entry processes comply with organizational and donor standards.
- Communicate with field staff to ensure timely collection and submission of data.
- Provide training and technical support to field teams on data collection tools and methodologies.
- Work closely with project staff to streamline data flow between the field and head office.
National Rural Support Programme (NRSP)
Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices. NRSP is currently working with more than half a million poor households organized into a network of more than 57,179 Community Organizations. With sustained incremental growth, it is emerging as Pakistan's leading engine for poverty reduction and rural development.
