Policies & procedure:

  • Development and Implementation of Internal Controls, Financial Polices & Procedures relating to t he financial reporting framework to ensure compliance with the IFRS and IAS
  • Responsible for the improvement of operational system, process and policies in the support of organizational goal, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organization planning
  • Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of support team (HR, Administration, Procurement and Marketing & Sales) through improvements to each function as well as coordination & Communication between support and business functio

Budget Management & Reporting:

  • Loading the Preparation process of annual budget and establishing yearly financial objectives of the company, which are derived from a business function
  • Adjusting company’s account system  to company’s budget and performing periodic tracking of Actuals Vs Budget
  • Preparing Periodic report and financial results for presentations to the management, the board of directors and investors. These reports includes Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow and any other required reports
  •  Participate in financial decision making and its implementation in the company’s budget
  • Consolidation of the external and internal accounting system
  •  Oversee the management of internal and external audits
  • Management and Financial exposures
  • Management of the Company’s Liquid assets including cash flow exposures and management implementation and supervision of investment policy
  •  Represent company to banks, financial institutions, investors and auditors

Strategic

  • Providing strategic recommendations to CEO and members of the executive management team
  • Organizing preparing agendas for and taking minutes of board meeting and AGM’s
  • Maintain relations with eternal auditors, investors ,stakeholders
  • Regulatory Authorities
  •  Carry out all matters concerned with the allotment of shares and issuance of share certificates including maintenance of statutory share Register and conducting the appropriate activities connected with the share transfer
  •  File various documents/returns with the registrar/ Commission as required under the provision of ordinance
  • Be the focal point for all the matters related to SECP,CCP,FBR and other concerned regulatory authorities
  • Investor relations
  • Responsible to Investors (Q&A), Reports prep[ration

Team Management

  • Lead the finance team
  • Supervising implementation of employees and monitoring Completeness, accuracy, reconciliation of data
  • Oversee he prepration and timely filling of monthly income & Sales tax statement along with annual tax returns
