- The Incubation Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of startups within the incubation program.
- This position involves working closely with entrepreneurs, providing them with the necessary resources, mentorship, and guidance to develop and scale their businesses.
- The Incubation Officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the incubation program, including overseeing startup progress, organizing training and networking events, and fostering connections between startups and industry experts, investors, and partners.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship.
