- Configure network rules and monitor and control internet traffic
- Troubleshoot router and network issues
- Investigate and fix hardware issues related to computers and printers
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate teams
- Work with external vendors to setup new services and maintain existing services
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Perform general office admin work
