- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluation to diagnose and treat mental health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide psychotherapy using various modalities such as CBT, DBT, Psychoanalysis, or other appropriate therapies.
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.
- Train interns and supervise junior psychologists within the clinic.
- Occasionally travel to different islands for workshops and client sessions.
