Textile Designer

We are on the hunt for a talented Textile Designer shade Matching Expert to join them. If you're a perfectionist when it comes to matching hues and have a deep understanding of textile materials, they want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Precisely match textile color shades using various tools and techniques, ensuring consistency across different materials.
Conduct thorough quality checks to verify shade conformity and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain an organized and efficient color library, documenting formulas and findings for future reference.
Stay updated on industry trends and new color-matching technologies to enhance our processes.
Match and adjust color shades for digital textile printing.
Work with moping, layering, and color combination techniques.
Collaborate with the printing production team to ensure accurate color outputs.
Utilize Photoshop for color adjustments and design enhancements.
Maintain consistency and quality in color matching across all projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Textile designer Shade Matching Expert or in a closely related role.
In-depth knowledge of color theory, textiles, and dyeing processes.
Proficiency in using color measurement devices and software.
Keen attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to color accuracy.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot color inconsistencies.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving color trends and customer preferences.
