We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and experienced Waiter/Server to join our team! As a Waiter/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, present menus, and take orders
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Anticipate and address guests' needs and concerns
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Server (1+ year preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
- Knowledge of food and beverages
