  • Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary procedures
  • Play an active role in organizational development by creating and implementing programs that encourage employee growth and development.
  • Analyze HR data and develop strategies to address trends and patterns.
  • Stay up-to-date with new HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  • Other administrative and related tasks.
  • BBA/MBA Degree Required
  • 6 years of Experience in HR Operations and Management or Leadership role in a Technology or IT based Company
