Manage and oversee the HR department, including recruitment, on boarding, policies formulation and implementation
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance improvement, and disciplinary procedures
Play an active role in organizational development by creating and implementing programs that encourage employee growth and development.
Analyze HR data and develop strategies to address trends and patterns.
Stay up-to-date with new HR trends, legislation, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Other administrative and related tasks.
BBA/MBA Degree Required
6 years of Experience in HR Operations and Management or Leadership role in a Technology or IT based Company
