We are seeking a motivated Medical Billing Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the billing process for US-based healthcare providers, including claim submissions, payment posting, and following up on claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Process payments from insurance providers and patients.
- Handle rejected or denied claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Perform AR aging reviews and take necessary actions to reduce outstanding balances.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in medical billing.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with billing software such as CollaborateMD, Kareo, EPIC, etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with insurance web portals and experience with insurance calling.
