Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparing of BOQ’s, BBS, rate analysis, estimates and Interim payment certificates.
2. Preparing reports, contracts, budgets, risk assessments and other documents.
3. Keeping track of materials requirements and consumption.
4. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets accordingly.
5. Liaising with site In-charge, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
6. Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7. Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
