Responsibilities and Duties:    

  • Support the Head of Talent in the development and implementation of the talent strategy for talent management, succession planning, and development.
  • Steer the end-to-end Talent cycle and ensure alignment with the timelines. 
  • Develop talent pipelines internally and externally aligned to workforce planning and Succession Planning. 
  • Support capability development, where necessary, to build expertise in talent and succession management 
  • Partner with other sub-functions to ensure the delivery of key talent processes and solutions (e.g. talent reviews, succession planning, coaching, mentoring, and mobility programs among others). 
  • Develop business intimacy to understand business critical requirements 
  • Co-pilot with Head of Talent Management, Organizational Leaders, and Line Managers on org. design initiatives providing expert advice and (Co-)facilitating workshops 
  • Identifies areas of opportunities to enhance alignment of departments and strategy, and improve overall organization effectiveness.
  • Regular audits of the organizational structure and recommendations to improve key people processes and practices in talent identification, acquisition, and assessment. 
  • Achieving financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; schedules expenditures; monitors costs; analyzes variances 
  • Assist Line Managers with developing departmental retention plans, execute approved plans, analyze, and monitor results. 
  • Assist in strategically driving and influencing a culture that that is inclusive and equitable, attracts a diverse talent pool, retains its diverse staff, focuses on employee engagement, the Multinet employee experience and on-going talent management practices.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Qualification:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration or a related discipline from a reputable institute is required
  • MBA, Master’s degree in Human Resources, OD, or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
  • SHRM CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR basics and at least 3 - 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition/OD.
  • Familiarity with human capital strategic planning and Talent Management practices
  • Proven ability to lead the talent acquisition cycle and its associated parameters
  • Demonstrated experience leading cultural and organizational change efforts that incorporated elements of people, process, and technology change.
  • Analytical and data-driven and comfortable using data to support the strategic planning and evaluation process.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and presence; can lead through influence without formal authority and can build relationships quickly at all levels.
  • Keen interest in working to ensure a workplace that celebrates equity, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Effective change agent, willing to constructively challenge, give feedback, and make recommendations.
  • Maintains knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends, including global trends, and practices, and shares that knowledge internally.
