Multan Chemicals Limited (MCL) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Workshop Incharge for our state-of-the-art Air Separation Plant in Faisalabad. This permanent position offers a dynamic and challenging environment for professionals with a strong background in rotary equipment.
Salary: Market competitive

Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly assess and maintain all types of rotating equipment
- Perform repairs on compressors, pumps, generators, fans, and other rotating machinery
- Provide on-site support to customers and at other company locations as required
- Exhibit strong supervisory capabilities with proven leadership, motivational, and team-building skills
- Prepare detailed root-cause failure reports
- Manage and maintain the spares inventory efficiently
- Oversee mechanical seal repairs and ensure proper alignment of pumps and compressors
Qualifications:
- D.A.E (Mechanical)
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with rotary equipment
- Strong technical knowledge and practical skills in mechanical maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
