Responsibilities:

The scope of work for the position will include ERP support and implementation within the Company.
Create and maintain software applications and gain knowledge of the existing applications, both the technical and business aspects
Liaison with others / Sections /Departments for delivery of the results
Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process.
Make programming changes to support the ERP as needed.
Assist in the analysis of user requests for system changes.
Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Assist in the implementation of new or modified software products for ongoing business projects.
Apply expertise in SQL optimization, database design, and troubleshooting.
Provide support and enhancements to our ERP product.
Modify existing applications and develop new modules to meet user requirements.
Analyze user requirements.
Document functional specifications or update existing functional specifications document to reflect changes that are necessitated by a change in users’ requirements.
Create the technical design of the assigned module to meet the requirements.
Produce professionally documented working code following the Coding Standards that have been decided at the project outset.
During production, execute regression tests on the corrections.

Required Skills / Abilities

Bachelor's or Master Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering/IT discipline or equivalent from a reputable university.
Proven experience of at least 05 years as a ERP software developer in Textile Industry.
Proficiency in programming languages including but not limited to VB6, VB.Net, ASP.Net, HTML, SQL, Oracle, and SQL Server Stored Procedures, etc.
Effective communication and documentation skills.
Must have domain knowledge of Financials & Supply Chain management processes.
Should be able to drive business discussions independently and act as trusted advisor
At least 05 years’ experience developing compelling e-Learning modules for ERP content (VB6 and SQL)
Experience with a Learning Management System
