Responsibilities:

Client Follow-up: Contact clients via phone, email, and formal letters to follow-up on the status of unpaid invoices.

Query Resolution: Resolve client queries by coordinating with the operation/billing department and discussing responses with clients.

Automation Collaboration: Work with the automation team to streamline and automate various daily tasks and reports.

Status Updates: Update the status of clients in the dashboard.

Account Movement Summary: Prepare and review the Account Movement Summary (AMS) to ensure the correct balance is reflected.

Receipt Verification: Verify and apply ACH, Cheque, and lockbox receipts to ensure amounts are credited to the correct accounts.

Entry Rectification: Inform the treasury department of any necessary entry rectifications.

Invoice Preparation: Prepare customer invoices on a monthly basis and issue credit memos.

Accounts Receivable Analysis: Review and analyze accounts receivable aging.

Aging Analysis Report: Prepare an aging analysis report of accounts receivable for management on a daily basis.

Policy Compliance: Implement and act in accordance with MTBC’s information security and privacy policies.

Support Reconciliation: Provide support to the Deputy Manager Receivables in the reconciliation of accounts.

Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Commerce, or ACCA.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
