Join Mahir Company as a Vendor Relations and Training Specialist. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years in a technical field, specifically DAE in Electrical or DAE in HVAC. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring top-notch training programs, and upholding our standards in technical services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with our network of skilled technicians.
- Design and implement effective training programs for technicians, focusing on skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize technician assignment and job fulfillment.
- Work closely with technology teams to integrate training modules into our systems.
- Leverage a minimum of 2 years of technical experience to guide technicians and stay informed on industry trends.
- Act as a liaison between vendors and Mahir Company, aligning strategies with company objectives.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical or DAE in HVAC.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a technical field, preferably in electrical or HVAC services.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
