Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who is capable of managing & developing social media accounts. The eligible candidate must be able to manage brands' online presence by developing a strategy, producing quality content, analyzing user data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its products.
Safeguard a brand's reputation on the internet by controlling online information, both good and bad.
Research online to find out all the negative keywords associated with a brand and response positively that can then neutralize the effect of the former.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, incorporating new features and strategies when relevant.
Develop and implement crisis communication strategies when necessary.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.
Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide reports to the management team with actionable insights and recommendations.
Monitor industry competitors and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
