Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for potential customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company pricing policies.
  • Proactively handle customer queries and calls, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development of marketing material, including brochures, and presentations to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work on-site or remotely, depending on the company's requirements.
