1. Responsible to receive applications from employees and resolve issues with the help of HR Department.
2. Make sure that maximum candidates are present at the time of tests and interviews.
3. Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Departmental Heads, Operation Manager and HR Call candidates for tests and Interviews.
4. Collect Documents for Employee files of newly hired employees and ensure posting of their details in software.
5. Arrange to issue employee cards for new hiring.
6. Responsible for new employee to enroll finger of employees and maintain biometric record on daily basis.
7. Maintain and update employees details list after every new hiring.
8. To maintain personnel records as per policy.
9. Responsible to maintain leaves record in system and manual also.
10. Responsible to implement approved HR Policies.
11. Check attendance record in software on daily basis.
12. Responsible to maintain the record of grievance of employees by keeping in view the employee relation policy and procedure of the organization.
