- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to fundraising staff.
- Analyze donor data to improve engagement and retention.
- Create compelling fundraising pitches and proposals.
- Develop and implement stewardship programs for donors.
- Collaborate with program teams to align funding priorities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies and make adjustments as needed.
