• * Develop and execute the digital banking product strategy aligned with the organization's overall business strategy and objectives, via the team and CFT.
    • ** This would include identifying & delivering initiatives that bring in acquisition, create engagement or improve experience, maximizing business impact.
    • ** Business impact could range from customer acquisition/engagement, revenue, opex reduction, customer experience improvement etc.
    • * Understands all the digital banking analytics & all key trends, frameworks & dashboards; to inform / influence stakeholders including management for business impacts / risks.
    • * Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives and impact thereof. Ensure that the decisions are timely taken, and the issues are timely addressed. * Be responsible for delivering product roadmap across channels and product portfolio, with the impact realized.
    • * Establish (Refresh) digital analytics framework to track key all metrics & KPIs of Acquisition, Engagement and Revenue; across the digital banking. Including P&L, MAUs/DAUs, and Engagement.
    • * Develop and maintain business cases, budgets and forecasts for the domain.
    • Analytics & Insights
    • * Has working knowledge of Analytics related Digital: Channels, Portfolio. Guides analysts in the team in devising, preparing and presenting data / analysis.
    • * Design, Execute and Evaluate business analysis to present clear crisp actionable recommendations (specially in Digital Banking).
    • * Further develop analytics framework of reporting, analytics and methods for Digital portfolio; leveraging Data Visualization, DWH and Analytics tools and teams. Includes, Structured reporting, Descriptive analysis, Predictive analysis, Prescriptive analysis.
    • * Tools atleast include In-house reports, Excel, Power BI, App + Website analysis: Google Analytics, Console and Firebase. Ability to atleast analyze drivers, funnels, conversions and portfolio trends.
    • * Partner with Channel, Product and BI teams for managing Adhoc, Operational and Strategic business reporting. Well versed in conversing with technical and business teams alike, with clear objective analysis & reporting.
    • * Support to management & product owners in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various products data regarding User behavior (acquisition and engagement) and Campaigns, State Bank, Customers, Market, Competitors. Key objective being measure performance and support business decisions.
    • * Responsible for ensuring Completeness, Accuracy and Validity of all data analytics.
    • * Answer business questions raised by stakeholders, including drivers for Users/Revenue, What-If, Cause-Effect.
    • Product Development and Management:
    • * Lead the product team for the Digital Portfolio Products, Channels & Processes; to deliver delightful customer experiences complied to regulations.
    • * Product portfolio includes account acquisition/engagement, self-service banking, digital lending/deposits, insurance/advisories & value-added services.
    • * Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in digital banking channels & products.
    • * Lead bank s product roadmap to ensure strong governance, stakeholders engagement, incorporation of customer feedback, prioritization of regulatory/revenue and relevant forum/committee agreed items delivery is on time, as per scope and required quality is met, risks/roadblocks proactively mitigated.
    • * Keep CxO, relevant stakeholders & forums and the project CFTs updated on the progress of product forum on quarterly, monthly and on-going basis.
    • * Manage the digital banking CAPEX and OPEX budgets and its consumption. Plan and execute the budget consumption on quarterly basis and keep the relevant stakeholders up to date.
    • * Manage directly the product team & cross functional teams to:
    • ** Define product requirements, features, and user stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • ** Manage product delivery risks, wrt scope, timelines and cost by close collaboration across cross functional teams.
    • ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, compliance, customer experience, legal and marketing, to address user concerns and provide feedback on customer needs. ** Digital channels management including B2C App/Internet Banking, B2B Portals, WhatsApp, USSD, Cards, and SMS based products and services.
    • * Work closely with technology & vendor/partner teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality digital banking solutions.
    • * Negotiate business beneficial partnerships, to achieve targets in terms users & value (accounts & self-service banking, loans & deposits, insurance & advisories).
    • Team Leadership:
    • * Lead, mentor and develop team digital banking. Set goal setting timely, feedback loops and development of team.
    • * Provide guidance and support to team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • * Prioritizing and managing workload across multiple complex programs/projects.
    • * Proactively identify risks related to product portfolio and data analytics.
    • Regulatory Compliance and Governance:
    • * Stay updated with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to digital banking products.
    • * Establish and enforce governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for digital banking products.
    • * Ensure that the bank's digital banking products and services are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • * Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.
    • Education:
    • Bachelors Degree , in Business or Computer Science. Preferably, Masters degree - MBA.
    • Minimum of 12 years work experience. Preferable, in Financial Services sector.
    • Upto 5 years experience of bank related product development, project management.
    • Upto 5 years of experience in Digital portfolio analytics frameworks and analysis. Trackers and Dashboards, Funnel Analysis, Impact Analysis.
    • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in digital banking product development, management and analytics, in a team leadership role.
    • Strong in Digital Analytics : From data sources , to reporting, trackers and dashboards. Clearly able to define objective, method and outcome of analysis. Can influence decisions and stakeholders with data analysis, via accurate communication.
    • Experience in Program & Project Management, to drive cross functional teams and support to deliver business projects & goals.
    • Strong understanding of digital banking trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate & influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Leadership abilities, including the capability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Attention to detail, result oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality products and analysis.
    • Ability to work close with cross functional teams and identify key requirements form cross project initiatives to deliver against the established business goals and Digital Strategy.
