• Lead comprehensive assessments of current processes to identify inefficiencies and possible opportunities for improvement through digitization.
    • Identify and prioritizing the strategic initiatives to enhance banks operational efficiency under vision of a leading digital bank in the microfinance sector.
    • Initiate the implementation of change management initiatives to ensure operational processes improvement.
    • Presenting & discussing the brief process flows with concern IT team in order to finalize and journey for development.
    • Leading the Operational transformation processes from a traditional microfinance practices to a digital-first microfinance banking entity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and provide testing related to automation workflows.
    • Initiating Business Development Requirements and communicating clear and compelling digital banking strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
    • Produce test documentation and carry out testing of automated solutions through UAT s.
    • Conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs in order to create competitive advantage.
    • Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.

    • Hold a Bachelor s degree from a reputable Institution in the field of Business Administration, Commerce, Humanities and Social Sciences.
