This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at MMBA Accountants in Islamabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and policy implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in the accounting or financial services industry is a plus
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
